THE ROLE: We are seeking an industry leader to define and drive the corporate-wide roadmap and strategy for next-generation high-speed electrical and optical interconnect technologies. THE PERSON: The successful candidate will possess: A proven track record of developing 200Gbps+ electrical SerDes and optical interfaces from concept through production Demonstrated leadership in driving industry-wide standardization of high-speed electrical and optical interfaces Deep technical expertise in high-speed link architecture, modeling, and analysis Strong, effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers worldwide A relevant academic background (PhD preferred)

Requirements

• A proven track record of developing 200Gbps+ electrical SerDes and optical interfaces from concept through production
• Demonstrated leadership in driving industry-wide standardization of high-speed electrical and optical interfaces
• Deep technical expertise in high-speed link architecture, modeling, and analysis
• Strong, effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers worldwide
• A relevant academic background (PhD preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define and own the corporate-wide SerDes and optical interface roadmap and long-term strategy
• Drive next-generation SerDes and optical link architecture and modeling initiatives
• Lead standardization efforts and ecosystem enablement for next-generation electrical and optical interconnects
• Collaborate closely with domain experts across architecture, circuit design, SI/PI, post-silicon validation, applications, and system/platform teams
