About The Position

The position involves monitoring and controlling designated areas and/or buildings. The essential functions include reconfiguring, upgrading, or remodeling the interiors of existing buildings or property, controlling utility costs, making leasing recommendations, managing energy, and performing other property management functions for the buildings. The role also requires meeting the various facility needs of the organizations occupying the buildings and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, engineering, or architectural discipline.
• Five (5) years related experience in commercial property management which includes commercial construction.
• Strong human relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconfigures, upgrades or remodels the interiors of the existing buildings or property.
• Controls utility costs, leasing recommendations, energy management and other property management functions for our buildings.
• Meets the various facility needs of the organizations occupying the buildings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
