About The Position
As the Senior Human Resources Manager at a large Nestlé factory, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Human Resources leadership and support to all employees and site leadership. Your role will involve effective organizational design and the execution of HR strategies that align with Nestlé's goals. You will lead a HR team and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation administration, and legal compliance. Additionally, you will manage the complete HR service/value chain for the facility and its workforce, with an emphasis on coaching, leading, and developing direct reports. This position is based out of Burlington, WI, and requires on-site support Monday-Friday.
