The Sr. Maintenance Technician assists in performing maintenance duties to keep the hospital's physical structure, equipment, and systems in good working condition. Primary duties include minor electrical, mechanical, piping, plumbing, and HVAC work, repairs, and other facility maintenance and engineering tasks.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- 2+ years maintenance/engineering experience
- Plumbing experience

Responsibilities
- Operates, inspects, maintains, calibrates and repairs utility equipment, systems and structures throughout the building
- Performs mechanical repairs to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
- Performs preventative maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation.
- Ensures proper safety education and demonstrates knowledge of facility safety policies.
- Covers evening, night and weekend shifts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
