Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in plant design and oversight of facility-related projects, including renovations, system upgrades, and new construction to ensure they meet operational, safety, and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead facility design and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct facility assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility maintenance strategies.
