Requirements

15+ years of experience in designing consumer-facing digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing complex, multi-step user journeys.
Expertise in at least two design languages like UX/Product design and content design.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Experience working with product and business leaders in a collaborative manner.
Familiarity with design systems and a keen attention to detail.
Fluency in design tools, notably Figma.

Responsibilities

Define and own experience frameworks mapping key customer journeys.
Codify experiential principles to guide user interactions across flows.
