About the position

The Data & Insights design team is looking for an exceptional designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cross-cloud and cross-product reporting and insights. The goal is to transform complex data into accessible, actionable insights that empower decision-makers across various roles within the digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of design projects, driving them from initial concepts to polished, final deliverables that simplify complex workflows and empower users.
  • Partner closely with cross-product stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to create cohesive, innovative, and user-centered designs.
  • Translate intricate workflows and data visualizations into intuitive, actionable designs that enable users to make informed decisions.
  • Apply best practices in interaction and visual design to create elegant and accessible user experiences.
  • Define and measure key user experience success metrics to continuously identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Gather user feedback and leverage data to refine and enhance designs.

Requirements

  • Strong design craft and an eye for detail, with a proven ability to deliver polished and effective user experience.
  • Experience designing solutions for data visualization and complex workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing, creative, or data tooling for enterprise users.
  • A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey design ideas and foster alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems using design and visual storytelling.
  • Open to mentoring and being mentored, and values giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience working on enterprise products or within enterprise design teams.
  • College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on UX, graphic design, HCI, or related design field.
