About The Position

The Sr. Executive Associate, Real Estate & Finance provides high-level, confidential administrative and operational support to the CEO of RealCo and the CFO of Methodist Healthcare Ministries. The role serves as a strategic partner within executive leadership, supporting real estate transactions, legal documentation, governance activities, and executive operations across both entities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related field
  • In lieu of an associate’s degree, a high school diploma with seven (7) years of executive administrative experience will be accepted
  • Four (4) years of senior-level executive administrative experience supporting executive leadership
  • Experience supporting executives in real estate, legal, and/or accounting environments
  • Exposure to contracts, board governance, or real estate transactions
  • Exceptional organization and time-management
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
  • High discretion, judgment, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced executive environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • English required
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) – advanced proficiency
  • SharePoint and document management systems
  • Cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Ability to quickly learn organization-specific systems

Nice To Haves

  • Additional experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or real estate development environments
  • Advanced familiarity with corporate governance processes
  • Bilingual skills not required but may be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary administrative and operational support to the CEO of RealCo and CFO of MHM
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and deadlines
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Handle confidential and legally sensitive information with discretion
  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, development projects, and property coordination
  • Coordinate preparation, review, tracking, and execution of contracts, leases, and legal documents
  • Liaise with internal and external legal counsel to manage approvals, signatures, and filings
  • Track deadlines, milestones, and contractual obligations
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and governance documentation
  • Support alignment and transparency between RealCo and MHM leadership
  • Assist with budget monitoring, purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and check requests
  • Reconcile executive credit card expenses in compliance with policy
  • Support audits and financial reviews as requested
  • Coordinate complex executive travel and expense reconciliation
  • Organize meetings, site visits, and external engagements
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting summaries
  • Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Conduct research, compile data, track progress, and prepare executive summaries
