About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support the Head of Experience Delivery. The ideal candidate will provide professional administrative support that is both confidential and reliable. This role demands acute attention to detail and the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive assistant role (or equivalent); references will be required.
  • Superior attention to detail, with a strong sensitivity to deadlines and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex calendar, prioritizing strategic deliverables against competing meeting requests and ensuring adequate breaks throughout each day.
  • Communicate any scheduling challenges to the Head of Experience Delivery as necessary.
  • Uphold management routines, including weekly leadership meetings, one-on-ones with direct reports, and skip-level meetings, providing preparation support for upcoming deliverables, quarterly check-ins, and offsites.
  • Plan and execute leadership and team offsites, assisting in agenda creation, catering, facilities requests, and engagement opportunities for the leadership team.
  • Promote corporate volunteer goals by planning activities to help the team reach overall objectives.
  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, trains, and hotels for the Head of Experience Delivery.
  • Manage and submit expense reports for the Head of Experience Delivery, while also reviewing and approving expenses for direct reports.
  • Plan and execute successful Credo Week for the Experience Delivery Team.
  • Act as an advocate for the team’s Workplace Flexibility reporting.
  • Promote usage of corporate recognition via the Credo Awards platform.
  • Serve as the Business Continuity Coordinator, ensuring call tree exercises and continuity plans are current.
  • Proofread communications and PowerPoint presentations as requested.
  • Uphold high standards for work quality and privacy.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including conference and video calls.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the team, interfacing with key stakeholders and maintaining ongoing stakeholder management with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
