C-Suite executives serve on the Executive Leadership Team, which consists of

This role will have exposure to a large number of senior executives and
requires someone with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and
diplomatic skills to match.
The leaders supported by this role process information very quickly and

Requirements

• Ability and desire to provide world class support to executives operating at pace, traveling extensively, and managing frequent last minute schedule changes.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple workstreams and think like an air traffic controller to resolve schedule issues and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong intellect and a desire to learn will help the successful candidate to better understand the substance of activities and allow them to better anticipate needs or question.
• Resilient individual who is energized by challenges and rarely, if ever, discouraged.
