About The Position

AGCO is seeking a senior executive assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, PTx and Senior Vice President, Digital Technology (DT). The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with a proven track record of managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless operations and execution of their responsibilities and the efficient management of the executive's offices. This role requires someone who can think several steps ahead, handle sensitive information with discretion, and create order out of complexity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of executive assistant experience - ideally supporting senior leaders (C-Suite or equivalent).
  • Experience working as an executive assistant within a multi-national organization.
  • Strong administrative skills including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document handling.
  • Fluency in business-level English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint—and collaboration platforms like MS Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Representing the President and SVP professionally across all levels of internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Accountable for overseeing all administrative functions, establishing effective procedures, and maintaining a professional and organized environment for themselves and the teams they support.
  • Managing complex travel schedules, calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing and distributing meeting notes.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Anticipating needs and proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, deadlines, and priorities before they arise.
  • Organizing and maintaining shared filing systems and documentation.
  • Coordinating cross-functional activities and supporting project-based initiatives and tools as needed.
