In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and maintaining complex and changing calendars while navigating scheduling roadblocks. You will draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence, including emails, presentations, and reports, ensuring outgoing correspondence is accurate and consistent with executive procedures. Your role will also involve assisting leadership by optimizing their time, making decisions regarding short-term priorities, and arranging travel in accordance with company procedures. Additionally, you will support the organization in obtaining necessary travel documents and maintain leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation. You will identify needs and issues within the organization and initiate solutions, assist internal departments with the setup of new hires, and help new hires with processes including expense reporting and travel systems.
