We are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our team as a contract Sr. Executive Assistant located in Santa Clara, California. This is an onsite position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior level executives.
  • Bilingual Skills in Korean.
  • Financial accounting knowledge and budget management experience for financial department are required
  • Experience attending business meetings and writing reports top management
  • Experience using MS Windows on PCs, Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point)
  • Must be a self-starter and show initiative to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize among several frequently changing assignments
  • Deadline/goal-oriented, high energy individual

Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO with daily administrative duties
  • Manage schedules and calendars for CEO and investment team
  • Manage and store CEO’s client contacts
  • Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Voucher entries for vendor invoices, corporate credits for Investment team.
  • Maintain the gear stock list accurately and report it every month end close
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Meeting room arrangement.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception/break room areas.
  • Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally.
  • Write and distribute policy, announcements, manuals via email
  • Create and provide different types of EP expense forms when EP approvals needed
  • Take meeting minutes to provide the summarized weekly status in a document
  • Serves as administrative liaison with external partner organizations.
  • Order office supplies
  • Coordinate company events by cooperating and taking in charge of a part of event
