We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Senior Ergonomist for our field ergonomics team which support our businesses across the globe. We are looking for a motivated, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Ergonomist for the Global Job Rotations Expansion Strategy and Global Ergonomics Partnerships. In this role you will provide technical expertise by applying a variety of scientific techniques, standardized assessments and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions for musculoskeletal disorders and optimize performance. The Senior Ergonomist will be part of the global ergonomics team to foster a global ergonomics partnership and support job rotations for associates across the globe. This Senior Ergonomist will be accountable for multiple VP and Director goals, and will need to work closely with senior leaders in the WHS as well as key partner organizations (e.g., Operations, ACES, AFT, Finance, Legal and Procurement) to ensure success. The Senior Ergonomist will own job rotations, partnership programs and mechanisms used by operations teams. The Senior Ergonomist will help own and launch Job Rotations for safety in multiple BUs across the globe. The Senior Ergonomist also will support in establishing partnerships and work closely with senior leaders to manage MSD risk reduction projects and programs.
