This role ensures accurate processing of equity grants, vesting events, exercises, settlements, and tax reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. The Senior Equity Compensation Administrator works closely with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external equity plan providers to manage equity plan operations, maintain accurate participant records, and support financial reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and experience managing complex equity compensation data and reporting requirements.
