About The Position

The Sr. Equipment Finance, Leasing Specialist is a high-performing sales professional responsible for providing equipment finance and lease financing solutions to Bank of America clients, primarily targeting companies with revenues between $50MM and $2BN. The role involves extensive client relationship management, sales activities, and a strong understanding of credit and tax leasing. The position requires a proven track record in sales, with a focus on prospecting and cold calling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Extensive travel is required for this role.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of direct equipment leasing sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer/client relationship management skills.
• In-depth industry and market knowledge including competitive environment and economic conditions.
• Exceptional analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including GAAP and tax accounting.
• Proven ability for client prospecting and territory development.
• Proven negotiation skills and clear communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office software applications.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, math, engineering, or other business concentration or equivalent work experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
