About The Position

The Patient Experience Analyst will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design, build, test, and support Epic Patient Experience capabilities, with a focus on MyChart and other patient-facing workflows. Responsibilities include configuring and validating patient communications, questionnaires, consents and confidentiality workflows, welcome/onboarding experiences, and related billing-facing touchpoints; gathering requirements and translating them into build; supporting integrated testing and go-live readiness; and ensuring high-quality, consistent patient-facing content across impacted workstreams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in hospital/clinic healthcare setting with experience supporting an EHR, related applications, and integrated workflows. This same experience with an EHR vendor is also acceptable.
  • Experience with software application tools used for application build and data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and/or financial software applications
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with physicians, nurses and various other hospital staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing with all levels of associates and management.
  • Ability to effectively converse with individuals of different levels of business and technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of analytical processes and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate business user needs against current system capabilities.
  • Ability to accurately and effectively translate business requirements to high-level system specifications.
  • Familiarity in the use of Microsoft Window products (Word, Excel, Access and Project) or equivalent.
  • Aptitude for learning new software tools and products.
  • Familiarity with the software development cycle.
  • Leadership, , planning, estimating, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and manage sub-projects.
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools or methods.
