The position is a self - directed technical expert that will be providing technical direction and providing feedback based on emergent outage situations and power system needs. Provide analytical support and provide recommendations to the Company (other business units and/or customers) as a result of studying company or customer-owned systems, processes, equipment, or facilities. The position will also perform oversight and governance for specific critical facilities. Support contingency planning and facilitate lessons learned protocol. Support project and regional customer council meetings and develop recommended improvements around reliability. Facilitate yearly reviews of this process to drive continuous improvements. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
