About The Position

Join our dynamic maritime team as a Senior Engineering Support Specialist and play a key role in developing the electrical products that drive our advanced systems. In this collaborative role, you will work with a cross-functional team of experts to support the entire lifecycle of our hardware, from initial concept and design through analysis, troubleshooting, and sustainment. We are looking for a problem-solver with a background in analog and digital circuit design and a good understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams. Your hands-on skills in troubleshooting electrical hardware with laboratory test equipment will be essential. Experience with power testing and analysis, configuring operating systems, or software scripting is a plus and would be beneficial for hardware integration tasks. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring the robust and reliable performance of our products. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of job-related experience in Engineering or a related specialized area. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree, may also meet the qualifications.
  • Technical knowledge in electronics and electrical engineering
  • Demonstrate technical competence in the setup, monitoring and documentation of experiments and/or lab equipment
  • Background in electronics or power electronic troubleshooting

Nice To Haves
