In this role, you will lead a project team to implement Corporate Real Estate
projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones,
deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals. You will use
specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life
cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated
timeframes and budgets.

You will manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution,
monitoring, control, and closure. When done successfully, your Associate
satisfaction scores and project team sentiment will make you proud. We'll also

Requirements

• You have at least 5-8 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience
• 50%-60% travel to other ADP offices highly necessary 
• You have prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery
• You possess strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies
• You guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners
• You manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability
• You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
• You work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; you partner, collaborate, and work in a team (and matrixed) environment
• You coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience

Responsibilities

• Manage large project teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
• Develop strong partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
• Identify cross-functional resources critical to project objectives and build diverse collaborative teams to drive business success.
• Lead and influence initiatives and projects to provide strategic insights which enable efficient execution of project deliverables and milestones, including managing the full life cycle of projects.
• Provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review.
• Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
• Provide recommendations and suggest best practices with the expectation of always creating an exceptional client implementation experience.
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to approach new situations.
