About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years in telecom engineering, presales, and program management (required).
  • Strong expertise in wireless/wireline, OSP, 5G, LTE, PLTE.
  • Successful track record working with Tier 1 U.S. operators.
  • Strong leadership, customer-facing, and communication skills.
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering, program management, and project teams.
  • Drive presales, RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and executive presentations.
  • Manage large-scale programs across 5G, LTE, PLTE, and OSP domains.
  • Build and maintain senior customer relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Champion automation, AI/ML-driven optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Shape strategy and technology roadmap aligned to market and customer priorities.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
