Requirements

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday technologies: Studio, Advanced Reporting, EIB, Business Process Configuration.
• Strong experience with XML and XSLT.
• Experience with Web Services and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in the scrum team that supports the product.
• Help develop and gain insight in the application architecture.
• Distill an abstract architecture into concrete design and influence the implementation.
• Apply appropriate software engineering patterns to build robust and scalable systems.
• Design and implement the architecture independently while influencing fellow engineers.
• Propose software designs and provide feedback on software designs and/or implementation.
• Help the team in triaging operational issues and eliminate repeat occurrences.
