Job Summary: The Sr. Wind Performance Engineer supports the Project Development and Execution teams by completing pre-construction Wind Energy Resource Assessments (WERAs), overseeing MET tower deployment and data collection, optimizing project turbine layouts to maximize project returns, and coordinating with independent engineers to secure project financing. The Wind Performance Engineer ensures development and execution projects meet Leeward’s technical and commercial requirements while maintaining its long-term ownership focus. The position requires experience with wind generation system design, wind resource evaluation, and wind project construction and commissioning.
