Assigned project values will range from $100,000 to $100,000,000. The role involves providing project management best practices and processes throughout design, planning, cost estimating, bid/construction document preparation, consultant management, and closeout for projects on airport facilities and infrastructure. The position requires delivering responsive customer service to departments through timely project reporting and communications. Functions include design, meeting with key stakeholders, and managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality control. The individual may work individually or lead a team of internal and external resources to accomplish objectives.
