The primary responsibilities for this position will administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange Online services and provide engineering level support for end-user and customer issues. This includes, but does not limit, the execution of daily maintenance tasks, generating reports, analyzing and summarizing system alerts, remedying issues, managing incident responsibilities.   You will report to the Manager, User Experience and Collaboration and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and two remote. We do not offer relocation for this role.

Requirements

  • BS, Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of support and administration of Exchange messaging environments
  • Proficient in the administration of Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, and Exchange 2013+.
  • Document technical design and related project or systems-level documentation.
  • Work independently or in teams on assigned tasks with a high degree of technical judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer the server messaging infrastructure for an Enterprise Office 365 implementation, and SMTP gateways.
  • Work with end-users to address messaging related incidents and tasks.
  • Support and administer the Mobile messaging infrastructure.
  • Support messaging services project work.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on new technology and services in the messaging area.
  • Support messaging related Security and Compliance Center activities.
