Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design documentation, delivery, and pre-go-live app team support for Windows and RHEL VMs
  • Creation and configuration of playbooks for disaster preparedness
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Guide customers through the processes required to deploy an application successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing, supporting Windows server operating systems (2019-2025) and / or RedHat operating systems.
  • 2+ years of experience with Automation and Development Operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6+ years of experience implementing, supporting Windows server operating systems (2019-2025) and / or RedHat operating systems.
  • Experience in operational automation technologies (Python, Chocolatey, Ansible, Terraform, DevOps Deployments).
  • Experience building and supporting virtual machines being stood up on VMware (Broadcom) ESXi VCF, Microsoft Hyper-V, and / or Azure Public Cloud.
  • Experience with a broad range of server-based technologies including Active Directory, IIS, SSL, Virtualization on an enterprise level.
  • Experience working in a process structured environment which includes Change Management and Disaster Recovery Preparedness.
  • Solid understanding of the functional and operational practices necessary to operate in a highly available, highly secured, and highly regulated environment to meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading large projects from requirements through implementation.
