  • Assist in the development, delivery, and management of commercial energy efficiency programs as part of the state utility commission approved energy efficiency portfolio.
  • Coordinate with other electric and gas utilities in the state and other departments internally providing program logistic support.
  • Verify that products, services, and energy savings are delivered as required.
  • Monitor, track, and provide necessary program performance data for measurement and verification purposes.
  • Work with Strategy Team to participate in the development of energy efficiency programs including evaluation of energy efficiency measures, design of programs, outreach to stakeholders and the marketplace, and filing of requirements.
  • Provide technical support to the Commercial and Industrial programs, ensuring compliance with energy codes and standards relevant to commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Provide ongoing oversight of providers, ensuring performance metrics applicable to each individual energy efficiency program.
  • Conduct regular subcontractor and vendor meetings and obtain progress reports to ensure expectations.
  • Work with Marketing Promotions team in managing all program communication and outreach needs.
  • Prepare program status reports to accurately monitor progress toward program performance and financial goals.
  • Ensure that Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions are managed according to applicable Corp. Policies and Procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4-7 years of energy conservation / energy efficiency work experience OR in lieu of degree, 6-9 years energy conservation / energy efficiency experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within established budgets and deliver promised results.
  • Thorough understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
  • Ability to communicate with and coordinate with a wide variety of professionals ranging from engineers to vendors, to subcontractors.
  • Experience developing and delivering utility energy efficiency programs to specific sector.
  • Program and contract management experience are preferred.
  • PMP, CEM, LEED or BEAP preferred.
  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $88,000.00/Yr. - $121,000.00/Yr.
