As a member of our Global Digital Workplace Experience & Collaborations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering modern experiences with a focus on digital satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that AES employees have an optimized and secure digital experience from anywhere. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the management of the Windows PC platform in a global enterprise environment. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining software deployment packages, delivering exceptional user experiences, and maintaining a high standard of execution and ownership. In this role, you will advocate for automation by identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure scalability and cater to self-service needs. You will manage our endpoint virtualization platform and evaluate software requests, making recommendations based on industry best practices and business needs. Additionally, you will contribute technical analysis and advanced troubleshooting of complex issues, developing and maintaining technical documentation. Your responsibilities will also include providing advanced analysis of identified vulnerabilities and collaborating with your team to develop and deploy mitigation plans. You will share your functional expertise to develop, implement, and support new service standards, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure integration with key requirements. Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance to team members, engage with vendors, and develop technical specifications while also providing budget requirements.
