About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, and skilled Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our dynamic global IT infrastructure engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and productivity of our endpoints across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Microsoft Intune, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing endpoint solutions in large global and complex environments. The successful candidate will drive the efficiency, security, and reliability of our Microsoft Windows client, Android, IOS and Mac fleet of devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with significant hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune endpoint solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in endpoint lifecycle management, security, and compliance.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows operating systems, endpoint security solutions, and network configurations.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) for endpoint management tasks.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects, with exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are desirable.

Nice To Haves

• Additional certifications in endpoint management and security are a plus.
• Experience working in a large, global organization, with an understanding of diverse regulatory and cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the service owner for Windows client productivity, ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
• Design, implement, and manage robust endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, ensuring they align with organizational policies, security standards, and best practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for endpoint management, including hardware, software, and security configurations.
• Lead the resolution of complex endpoint-related incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive endpoint solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation for endpoint configurations, procedures, policies, and support guidelines.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to IT staff and end-users on endpoint best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance endpoint productivity and efficiency.
