About The Position

Requirements

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively at all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience with Restorative Practices or similar interventions such as Mediated Discussions and Community Circles.
• Significant case management capabilities with a thorough understanding of HR principles and policies.
• Ability to mentor teammates and work independently to drive results without day-to-day supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage ELR cases involving interpersonal conflict and allegations of misconduct such as harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
• Analyze context, facts, and documentation to develop balanced recommended actions addressing misconduct and restoring relationships.
• Facilitate restorative conversations between employees to repair workplace relationships.
• Maintain confidential records within a shared case management tool and identify themes affecting employee groups.
• Foster relationships with HR, Employment Legal, and business leaders at all levels.
• Support or lead ELR priority projects.
