Acts as a key partner in driving Employee Relations strategies. Responsible for ensuring that employee policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied across assigned client group and overall Operating Unit. Conducts investigations into Employee Relations complaints and makes recommendations on appropriate resolution. May assist with preparation of legal responses to complaints or charges and participate in mediation or other alternative dispute resolution processes. Conducts risk assessments by evaluating information from various sources and recommending actions. Partners with HRBP and leadership within assigned Market Unit to advise on implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts, tools and plans that will yield sustainable business results and enhance organizational capability. Coach and Mentor ERBP’s and support as back up for ER Manager when ER Manager is out and works closely with ER Manager to help develop strategy and direction for the team.
