About The Position
Sr. Elevator Operator prev Laborer Skilled Qualifications Has worked in a grain handling facility with experience 2+ years Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph). Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces Must be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust Wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear. Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods Experience in a grain facility preferred but not required
