The position also involves architecting new test system approaches, ensuring adherence to documented processes, and providing sustaining engineering for the production test process, including test process improvements. Mentoring other hardware designers, participating in product design reviews, and supporting operations metrics such as on-time delivery and quality are also key responsibilities.
