About The Position

The Sr. Electrical Tester is a technical expert responsible for leading advanced electrical testing, troubleshooting, and test development support. This position partners closely with Manufacturing and Design Engineering teams to improve test processes, select and configure test equipment, and resolve complex issues. The role also provides mentorship and training for other testers, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and technical excellence across the testing team.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Electronics or related discipline plus four (4) years of relevant experience; or eight (8) or more years of related electrical testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor other testers across all test skill levels.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to support test development, fixturing, and equipment selection.
• Perform advanced failure analysis on magnetics, transformers, and assemblies.
• Program, operate, and troubleshoot advanced ATE and bench testing systems.
• Interpret circuit diagrams and electrical schematics to support diagnostics and test improvements.
• Recommend and implement process and test improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Serve as a technical resource for complex testing issues and customer support needs.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
