Requirements

  • Associates degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical testing and laboratory environments, preferably in a manufacturing or battery related environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to engineers and technicians.
  • Develop and maintain test automation software using tools such as LabVIEW and Python.
  • Conduct performance and reliability tests in accordance with industry standards.
  • Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
  • Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices in testing.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
