Requirements

  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 3 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of analog circuits design and noise analysis.
  • Experience with mixed analog and high-speed digital circuit design.
  • Experience in schematic capture, and PCB board layout tools including OrCAD & Cadence Allegro.
  • Experience with FPGA design and implementation is a plus.
  • Ability to work well with others in multi-functional/multi-discipline teams, and multi-cultural organizations.
  • Ability to multi-task and sense of ownership to drive work done.
  • The candidate must be motivated, self-driven, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills to successfully collaborate with multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop test fixtures, test procedures and test scripts for new digital and analog electronics boards, including FPGA functional tests, qualification, and characterization.
  • Define electrical subsystem requirements, specifications, and interfaces based on system requirements and specifications.
  • Design/prototype analog/digital circuits, schematics capture, direct PCB board layout to develop new system capabilities.
  • Participate in design activities such as component choice, PCB circuit design and FPGA design reviews for next generation electronics.
  • Conduct subsystem and system-level integration, test, and troubleshooting.
  • Write design and test documents and release to engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Interact with development team, manufacturing team and service teams to support a smooth product transition into manufacturing and fields.
