As Sr. Electrical Power Engineer II, you’ll serve as the senior technical authority for designing, evaluating, and sustaining electrical power systems supporting mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure with the goal to make an impact across the federal government. Requirements

  • An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • 8+ years designing and evaluating complex electrical power systems supporting critical infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in power distribution, redundancy, grounding, and load analysis.
  • Experience supporting telecommunications or data center environments.
  • Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 451 – System Administrator with certifications such as CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, design, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, document, and evolve the electrical state of telecommunications networks.
  • Design and evaluate electrical power systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Support resilient, high-availability infrastructure operations in secure environments.
  • Participate in Agile execution and technical planning discussions.
  • Troubleshoot power system issues and operational faults.
  • Communicate technical recommendations and engineering decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain customer trust through technical excellence and disciplined execution.
  • Apply creativity and engineering judgment to deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions.
