Requirements

  • Senior level – 20 years of applicable experience.
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Work-Related Experience.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation.
  • ControlLogix experience.
  • PLC Experience – Modifying and troubleshooting of existing programs (Programming a plus).
  • HMI Development – Modifying and troubleshooting (FactoryTalk, RSView and Wonderware).
  • Experience designing industrial control systems (VFDs, motors, etc.).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • U.S. Work Authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Technical Associates at various client sites while supporting all aspects of the electrical controls execution.
  • Design and improve manufacturing clients' control systems from start to finish.
  • Follow client-defined control standards and scope.
  • Maintain open communication with appropriate client contacts and project managers.
  • Design the scope of work for contractors.
  • Manipulate and modify Electrical/Control panel designs created in AutoCAD.
  • Select and specify field devices and sensors.
  • Document project bids and final 'as-built' packages.
  • Be present at site startups for integrated systems.
