About The Position

We are s eeking a Senior Education Data & Insights Analyst to transform school system data into clear, actionable insights. This role will design dashboards, build low-code solutions, and develop tools that help school systems identify priorities, track progress, and improve student outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytics expertise with the ability to build user-friendly platforms that simplify complex data requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and data storytelling
• 8+ years of low-code platform experience (Power Platform or similar)
• 5+ years of advanced Excel experience (scorecards, tracking tools, complex reporting)
• 3+ years of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Experience building dashboards, automated reporting systems, and data collection tools

Nice To Haves

• Qualtrics and/or Smartsheet experience
• Experience in state agencies, education, or public sector environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze school system data and translate findings into clear recommendations
• Design and maintain dashboards and low-code platforms to display and collect data
• Build scoring tools and trackers to measure district applications and performance
• Identify overlaps across federal and state data requirements and propose streamlined solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights in clear, practical terms
