About The Position

The Senior E-commerce Sales Specialist is responsible for driving online sales through product page optimization across the retail.com channel. This includes developing and executing content strategies, managing publishing and updates, conducting A/B testing to improve performance, monitoring star ratings and reviews, and implementing sampling initiatives to enhance customer feedback. The role also focuses on increasing product availability and visibility to deliver a seamless online shopping experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Sales, or Media Strategy & Operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
  • Experience working with e-commerce channels preferred.
  • Experience working with a PIM, preferably Salsify.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with minimal direction.
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Power BI (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to be a self-starter, work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Core Values of Comfort Research in daily execution of tasks and interactions with others.
  • Lead Salsify relationship, management, and further development.
  • Own relationship with review sampling partner.
  • Deliver on new item launch checklist and timelines.
  • Act as a content subject matter expert (SME) for omnichannel.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative Teams to optimize assets.
  • Complete content scorecards and measurement assessments to track progress.
  • Drive findability through SEO initiatives.
  • Measure and report on product page traffic, conversion, returns, and page rank.
  • Maintain and analyze in-stock and buy-box reporting to improve product availability.
  • Manage content optimization priorities based on return versus resources required.
  • Manage the business relationship and P&L for any assigned emerging accounts.
  • Support operations and customer service as needed.
  • Support the Sales team in shared goals and initiatives.
