The Senior Analyst, E-Business will play a critical role in driving the company’s digital transformation and e-commerce growth. This position will impact the business by leveraging data analytics to optimize online sales strategies, enhance customer engagement, and improve the overall digital experience. The Senior Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives and alignment with business objectives. This role will focus on DoorDash and is onsite 3 days per week in the Arlington, VA office. 100% remote work in NOT an option at this time.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform e-commerce strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
  • Work with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals.
  • Assist in the implementation of new e-commerce projects and initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or data analysis.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar consumer goods sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Quick Commerce, InstaCart, DoorDash, UberEats, Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing software.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving e-commerce performance through data-driven strategies.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar consumer goods sector.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce.
