About The Position

The Senior District Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of District Managers who oversee the operational execution of Class B commercial drivers and installation technicians. This role ensures consistent service delivery, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple territories. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise in a multi-site environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of senior leadership or district management experience in service, logistics, or distribution environments.
  • Proven success managing multi-site operations and driving performance metrics.
  • Military leadership experience at E-7 (senior non-commissioned officer) or O-3 (officer) level and above will be considered equivalent.
  • Experience using Field Service Management (FSM) platforms to optimize technician and team scheduling.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong operational expertise, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service and distribution operations across assigned districts, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), first-time fix rates, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Set operational targets for productivity, efficiency, and service quality; monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Mentor and develop District Managers through goal setting, regular coaching, performance reviews, and leadership development activities.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, sales, scheduling, safety, and training teams to optimize service planning, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
  • Promote NuCO2's safety culture by monitoring safety KPIs (e.g., incident rates, near-miss reporting), enforcing protocols, and conducting safety audits.
  • Partner with the training department to oversee driver and technician training programs, ensuring certification renewals, and addressing skill gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean process implementation, waste reduction, and integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for district-level challenges, coordinating timely resolutions across teams.
