About The Position

The Sr. Dispute Analyst at TK Elevator is responsible for managing customer disputes and improving accounts receivable (AR) processes. This role serves as the primary contact for branch-level escalations, collaborating with general managers, account managers, and the collections team to resolve outstanding payments and drive improvements in AR management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • At least 3 years of related experience with business-to-business customer interactions and/or training in collections.
  • Experience in the elevator industry or service-related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret business contracts, technical procedures, and government regulations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to management consulting, private equity, or similar roles preferred.
  • Experience working in an environment responsible for delivering strategic initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review disputed AR balances and engage branch and region management to expedite resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Participate in monthly branch and region accounts receivable meetings with collectors and management.
  • Call on large and delinquent accounts when escalated and/or appropriate.
  • Assume frontline collections responsibilities for customer accounts representing the most impactful and problematic AR when escalated and/or appropriate.
  • Collaborate with general managers and account managers when action items are needed.
  • Drive resolution to problematic billing by teaming up with Billing Supervisors for problem solving.
  • Support frontline collectors in discussing suspension of services notices and final demand letters with Branch Managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal packages for placement with attorneys, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
