About The Position

Oversees dispatching of 2nd Street trucks, tri axles, crushing operations, and lowboy equipment moves for Malvern and 2nd Street construction, ensuring efficient coordination across multiple plants and job sites. Manages the outside scale operation and creates daily/weekly schedules for drivers to support plant, construction, and hauling needs. Contacts outside vendors for trucking needs. Acts as the central liaison between the Services Manager and Construction Superintendent, coordinating laborers, trucks, and equipment movement throughout the yard and between job sites. Handles purchase orders for the Mechanics team, including receiving quotes from outside vendors, entering POs, tracking parts, and adapting to process changes tied to SAP. Also assists with invoicing tasks and verifies fuel deliveries and quantities. Ensures ongoing communication and alignment across various locations in SEPA, supporting daily workflow and resolving operational needs across multiple sites. This includes applying for required city/state permits for truck and equipment moves and maintaining accurate records of driver activity and trucking schedules.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to learn and navigate dispatch or logistics systems.
