We are privately owned and have been servicing manufacturing & retail companies of all sizes for over 90 years now. With over 200 locations around the country, we pride ourselves on the continuous expansions that we have made and are still making strides to improve our operation systems to better service our wide network of clientele. We are expanding our Corporate Sales leadership team and seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts to lead and grow a high‑performing team of Corporate Account Executives across a large multi‑state region (approximately half of the U.S.). This is a senior‑level opportunity for an accomplished LTL corporate sales leader who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building teams, driving strategy, and managing enterprise‑level customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in LTL transportation sales, including corporate or national accounts
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing multi‑rep teams across large geographies
  • Proven success growing enterprise‑level LTL relationships
  • Strong understanding of LTL pricing, contracts, and yield management
  • Track record of leading teams to consistent growth and accountability
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop 8–12 Corporate Account Executives focused on national and enterprise LTL customers
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development, account expansion, and retention
  • Own regional corporate sales strategy and execution
  • Coach through pipeline reviews, joint sales calls, territory planning, and performance management
  • Partner closely with Pricing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to win and retain large accounts
  • Serve as an escalation point and relationship owner for key strategic customers
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top corporate sales talent
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region
