About The Position
The Senior Director, U.S. Patient Advocacy will lead the company's efforts to build meaningful, impactful and mutually productive partnerships with community organizations, with a focus on neurological conditions in line with Lundbeck's corporate focus. This role will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive patient advocacy strategy and is intended to integrate external community engagement with internal leadership to advance patient-centric solutions. The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight, ensuring the patient voice is integrated into all areas of the organization, while also overseeing the functional structure and development of a high-performing Patient Advocacy team at Lundbeck.
