The key objective of the Sr. Director Translation & Implementation is to provide strategic vision and leadership for the Implementation Science Translation and Implementation Team. Under the supervision of the VP of Implementation Science, the goal of this team is to translate high quality evidence from across the cancer continuum into practice through robust partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, including health systems, payors, state coalitions, policy leaders, and practitioners. They will lead and directly supervise a team with two key areas of focus within the ACS LEAP (Leading Evidence Application into Practice) Platform. The knowledge translation team focused on designing and deploying a portfolio of one-to-many programming with the aim of translating and disseminating knowledge to support our organizational mission. And the Implementation Team, whose work focuses on national-scale Quality Improvement Collaboratives and Implementation Grants designed to implement evidence across the cancer continuum into practice. This strategic leader works closely with Sr. Director of Practice Transformation, and the IS Evaluation Team to deploy a cohesive platform of services that meet health systems' needs and capacity through tailored programming and durable solutions.
