BridgeBio is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards & Performance Management to set the vision and strategy for our global compensation, benefits, and performance programs, while remaining deeply hands-on in building and operating them. Reporting to the SVP, People, this role combines strategic leadership with meaningful individual contribution. The Senior Director will lead a lean Total Rewards team, providing clear direction, priorities, and context, while personally owning critical program design and execution. While people leadership is an important component of the role, success will be driven by the ability to do the work—translating strategy into scalable, high-quality programs that support a performance-driven, mission-focused culture. This role intentionally brings together Total Rewards and Performance Management, with a clear expectation that performance outcomes meaningfully inform how employees are paid, rewarded, and recognized.
