We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards to join our team and report directly to the VP of Talent, Culture, and Total Rewards. In this role, you will work closely with our HR organization and senior business leaders to create effective compensation and benefits strategies and design and implement comprehensive total rewards programs that align with Blue Origin's mission, company goals and competitive practices to attract and retain top talent.
