About The Position

In this opportunity as a Sr. Director, Technology Partner - Corporates, you will lead initiatives within the Commercial Process and Systems Program (CPSP), focusing on aligning technology and process simplification with segment needs. You will champion technology standardization across the Corporates product portfolio, including Tax & Trade, Legal, and Risk. Your role will involve maintaining a comprehensive view of the Corporates technology landscape and overseeing the multi-year technology roadmap. You will collaborate with enterprise architecture to define migration requirements and create segment-specific timelines. Additionally, you will support the Corporates segment during technology stack transitions to ensure sustained business operations and minimize disruption. Monitoring and communicating technology dependencies and modernization efforts that impact key business goals and technology debt will also be part of your responsibilities. You will serve as the main contact for technology-related escalations and facilitate prompt resolution through appropriate teams. Finally, you will drive technology-enabled business outcomes, leveraging AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic technology leadership roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Track record of managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Experience in strategic planning and prioritization of technology initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong familiarity with core platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and Conga.
  • Expertise in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning applications.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and ability to integrate security posture into technology planning.
  • Understanding of Digital Ethics, Responsible Technology development, and Green IT practices.
